Cloud Security Engineer

Dark Wolf Solutions is looking for a Cloud Security Engineer who will establish, configure, and operate cloud security controls in a DoD cloud ecosystem. The successful candidate will incorporate security best practices and industry standards to build, maintain, upgrade, and continuously build cloud networks and cloud-based systems. The candidate will establish, configure, and maintain logs; boundary defenses; web application firewalls; vulnerability scanning; patch management; and, role based access control.

Required Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in information security or related discipline.
• 4+ years of experience with centralized logging, boundary defense, web application firewalls, Comply2Connect, system patching, role based access control (RBAC), vulnerability scanning, recursive DNS caching.
• Advanced writing skills: able to clearly articulate ideas for executive level consumption.
• Advanced problem-solving skills: able to use prior experience and knowledge to address new situations; especially during interactions with clients.
• Advanced analytical skills: able to use prior experience and knowledge to seamlessly incorporate new knowledge or information during client interactions.
  
• US Citizenship and an active TS/SCI Security Clearance
• Willing to work onsite in San Antonio, TX

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience working in DevSecOps ecosystems.
• Cloud product certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
