Job Description:

  • Provide timely review of security alerts originating from any source, including managed security services, internal tools, and internal or external reporting.
  • Proactively collect, assess, and communicate information security intelligence to reduce risk exposure and better position the company to prepare for potential security threats
  • Perform vulnerability scanning, testing, and assessment of remediation actions
  • To operate controls to detect any failures in the efficiency of solutions set up relevant to networks, systems, and databases.
  • Perform deep forensic review of systems in response to incidents or investigations, providing timely and complete reports to management.
  • Implement IT security technology to ensure deployment is in accordance with business requirements.
  • Perform operation daily health checks, and create regular security reports for management.
  • To coordinate security compliance programs with each business unit.
  • Research security enhancements and make recommendations to the management
  • Participate in security projects as required.
  • Stay current on IT security trends and news

Job Requirements:

  • B.S. or M.S. Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in English to collaborate with internal stakeholders from across the region.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in IT Security or Information Security risk management
  • Experience in developing and maintaining policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
  • Experience working with multiple operating systems, with expert-level knowledge of Linux, Windows, or OS X.
  • Hands-on experience in security systems including firewalls, IDS/IPS intrusion, anti-virus, authentication systems, log management, content filtering, etc.
  • Thorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols.
  • Solid understanding of ISO27001/ISO27002, or other IT governance best practices.
  • Preferably with one or more of the given Certification - CISSP, CISA, CCSP or CEH
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to cultivate good team culture which aims to deliver desirable results for the business.
  • Outstanding communication, documentation, and organization skills
  • Ambitious but humble, striving for best, and take feedback from teammates, users, and partners into consideration.
