Your mission as part of the Xendit information security team is to provide fast and useful first technical assistance on endpoint security. An excellent Endpoint Security Engineer must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution.


  • You will be the first point of contact for Xendit’s staff seeking technical assistance via service desk portal for endpoint security
  • Determine the best solution based on the request/issue and details provided by Xendit’s staff
  • Conduct security onboarding training to new joiners
  • Deploy endpoint security tools to Xendit’s staff devices
  • Improve and maintain the  enterprise mobility management, endpoint protection platform, identity & access management, data leakage prevention and collaboration platform security
  • Collaborate with vendor to remediate the unresolved requests/issues
  • Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on endpoint security program

You may be a good fit if

  • Proven experience as a help desk technician or other support role for MacOS and open source environment
  • Tech savvy with working knowledge on enterprise mobility management, endpoint protection platform, identity & access management, data leakage prevention and collaboration platform security
  • Good knowledge of modern application architecture such as public cloud infrastructure, microservice, container, CI/CD, and database as a service
  • Able to work in uncertainty, learn fast and execute fast
  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic working environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Bonus Point if you have been working on highly regulated environment with compliance requirement such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, HIPAA or GDPR
