As an SME for IT and cloud infrastructure security, you will be part of the Information Security team reporting directly to the CISO and be responsible for working closely with IT to manage and improve on operational security best practices.

  • Own co-ordination and communication with IT and Information Security compliance teams to establish and adopt IT security best practices
  • Responsible for improving security processes and procedures between internal IT and external cloud providers
  • Review internally used security vendor reports and leverage good technical judgement to highlight risks in areas needing action
  • Prioritize and drive actions during security incident response
  • Support and constantly seek to improve IT security processes and tools
  • Lead regular meetings and share updates to ensure teams are aware of work progress and dependencies
  • Be flexible to work with the IT teams across geographies (US and India)
  • Ability to manage internal and external stakeholder’s priorities, issues and solve conflicts
  • Manage and collaborate with cross country, cross culture stakeholder group

You have:

  • Experience in implementing IT and cloud infrastructure security best practices.
  • Experience in managing security incident response
  • Direct experience with securing Microsoft Office 365 environments
  • Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in a systems administration role supporting multiple platforms and applications
  • Ability to communicate IT and cloud infrastructure security concerns to peers and management
  • Experience with operationalizing compliance requirements (ISO27001/SOC2/PCI-DSS)
  • Experience with network security and networking technologies · Hands-on experience configuring firewalls, anti-virus software, IAM systems, etc.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Thorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques and


  • Formal education/certification in security skills
  • Experience in DNS security management
