We have an excellent opportunity in our Edinburgh office for an IT or Cyber Security graduate to join Adarma as a Threat Intelligence Analyst in a position which will be pivotal in supporting our Security Operation Centre (SOC). This Threat Intelligence Analyst will collect, analyse and distribute actionable threat intelligence throughout our SOC team whilst processing a range of threat reports.


We’re looking to train the right person for this role so this is an exciting opportunity for someone to take their first steps into the cyber security company as training will be provided.


Once trained in this role, you will also;

  • Develop knowledge around access control, certificate management, false positive management among other areas
  • Test and validate new feeds and aid in their onboarding for the wider SOC
  • Analyse and update relevant threat information
  • Learn about how Adarma threat software integrates with our SIEM software
  • Learn how threats work and how they impact operations

Requirements

  • A degree in either Cyber Security or another IT-related subject
  • A real interest in cyber security
  • Ideally, knowledge around cyber threats in a changing environment
  • The ability to understand and communicate complex information
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
