TITLE:           Mandarin Language Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Analyst - Senior

LOCATION:  Fort Meade, MD

OVERVIEW

Streamline Defense is seeking an exceptionally qualified candidate to serve as a Mandarin Language Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Analyst at the Senior-level supporting the U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) Intelligence Directorate (J2) located on Fort Meade, MD.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Apply specialized technical expertise, to provide actionable intelligence and context needed by senior decision makers with the J2.
• Utilize foreign language capabilities combined with OSINT collection and analysis methodologies to explore new data sources, build effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources, including OSINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, ELINT.
• Validate information and apply client tradecraft to build assessments for the internal client, IC-wide customers, and senior policymakers.
• Perform structured analytic techniques, language skills, and data science analytics, collaborating with other analysts.

REQUIREMENTS

• Active TS/SCI security clearance. Must be willing to take a CI polygraph, if required.
• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience. 12 years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a degree.
• 4+ years of experience in open-source intelligence analysis.
• Ability to show a score of 3/3 or higher on the DLPT, ILR, ODA, or ACTFL Advanced Low in the Mandarin Language.
• Knowledge of open-source tools, tradecraft, methodologies, and policies to conduct research, collection, or analysis.
• Knowledge of advanced internet-based research, including Boolean logic, advanced research techniques, search engine and database resources, and resource validation.
• Knowledge of CCMD and subordinate organization's structure, role, and command relationship.
• Knowledge of all-source analytic tradecraft standards, including ICD 203 and ICD 206.
