Job Title: DevSecOps Product Owner - Operational Technology (OT)

Job Description:

As a DevSecOps Product Owner at Fluence, you will play a central role in the agile development process, ensuring the integration of automation and security practices into our products. Your expertise in agile team management, Jira, backlog grooming, user story definition, and the measurement of the definition of done will be critical in driving the success of our OT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Agile Team Leadership: Lead and motivate agile development teams as the Product Owner. Drive the integration of security into the DevOps pipeline, ensuring security is a core part of every sprint and release.
  • Backlog Grooming: Own the product backlog, ensuring that it is properly prioritized and groomed. Collaborate with development teams to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and the definition of done, with a strong focus on security.
  • User Story Definition: Work closely with stakeholders to define user stories and ensure they are aligned with security goals. Translate security requirements into actionable user stories.
  • Definition of Done: Establish clear criteria for the definition of done, particularly in relation to security. Ensure that security-related tasks are completed and validated before a user story is considered done.
  • Security Awareness: Promote security awareness and training within the development teams. Educate team members on security best practices and the importance of security in OT environments.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to product security, including security requirements, threat models, and security testing results.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a DevSecOps or Product Owner role, with a strong focus on agile team management.
  • Expertise in Jira, backlog grooming, user story definition, and measurement of the definition of done.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps principles and agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with security standards and regulations relevant to OT, such as NIST, NERC CIP, or IEC 62443.
  • Experience with security tooling and technologies used in DevSecOps practices.
  • Knowledge of threat modeling, risk assessment, and incident response in OT environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) are a plus.
