Job Brief

With this role we are looking to solve complex business challenges through technology.  We take a value-based approach to identifying the right technology strategies for our clients and then help them to shape and plan for complex transformation scenarios to deliver to business outcomes.  As well as embracing our Org Health core skills, you will get involved in the following areas:

  • Digital and Technology IT Strategy: creating new business transformation agendas by working directly with senior stakeholders to solve strategic business challenges using both existing and emerging technologies (E)
  • Stakeholder management/Critical Friend:  Advising senior management with critical decision points which are based on data analysis, experience, outside-in expertise, and an innovative approach. (E)
  • Technology Operating Models: Helping client with new operations models (E) 
  • Technology Organisation transformation - defining target state, optimised new team structures plus the interim steps to achieve including planning, mapping and ways of working (E)
  • New Ways of Working: helping technology teams to adopt modern ways of working, new methods and processes (E)
  • Product and Platform Knowledge – strong working knowledge of popular modern platforms and rational strategies from legacy technologies plus strong understanding of how product driven/value stream constructs operate (E)
  • Enterprise Architecture: helping clients establish their digital blueprint, roadmap and governance (D)     
  • Cloud Acceleration: leading the design and transition of a client’s technology to be “Cloud First” and bringing the latest thinking from the constantly evolving cloud innovation services market (D)     
  • Secure by Design: helping clients to build security into all aspects of their technology (D)
  • Data and Automation: defining data constructs and data-driven/automation solutions for our clients across multiple channels and markets (D)
  • Enterprise Agility: shaping business and technology operating models by empowering teams to deliver new products and services at speed (D)
  • Innovation Strategy: Identifying and exploiting new business opportunities enabled by the creative application of existing or leading-edge technologies (D)
  • M&A Services: performing technology due diligence and advisory as part of merger, acquisition and divestment actions (D)


We are looking for people who have demonstrable experience and capability as follows:

  • 8-10 years experience including a significant period within Consulting
  • Strong desire to work in technology-driven business transformation and curiosity around opportunities and threats posed by innovation and industry convergence
  • Knowledge of industry operations, dynamics, and trends in one or more of the following industries: Financial Services, Media, Technology, Retail, Energy, Utilities and Government
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture and/or the ability to see ‘the big picture’ and bring multiple solutions to solve problems
  • Knowledge of, and passion for, technology trends 
  • Intellectual capacity to develop creative and breakthrough solutions
  • Strong analytical skills, understanding of complex issues, the ability to quickly absorb information, conceptual and creative problem-solving excellence
  • First class written and verbal communication skills; the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical, and impactful manner
  • Degree educated
