Dark Wolf Solutions is seeking a Facility Security Officer and Insider Threat Program Security Officer at the corporate level and oversee all aspects of security related to our Facility Clearance Level (FCL) with the Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA). This includes satellite offices in College Park, MD and Philadelphia, PA, where classified storage is necessary. Also serve as Contractor Security Officer (CSO) for Intelligence Community (IC) customers. Implement and confirm completion of all annual security training requirements for our personnel. Write security volumes for all proposal submissions. Lead all security self-inspections and promote sound security practices throughout the firm. Assess uncleared employees for security clearance eligibility before submitting them through a formal process with the US Government. Pass and receive clearances for visit requests. Perform travel briefings and debriefings for all personnel who travel overseas. Assist personnel with completion of security forms, including the SF86.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience providing FSO support (either as the FSO or as an alternate FSO) in accordance with the NISPOM
  • Previous experience with the storage of classified material in a NISPOM room or Secure Work Area
  • Completion of all FSO training as required by DCSA for a possessing facility
  • An understanding of the requirements needed for an Automated Information System (AIS) that can process classified information and a demonstrated ability to work with IT staff to establish and maintain that AIS
  • Previous experience drafting annual security refresher documents and Insider Threat Program Security Plans
  • Previous experience using DISS and NISS (or JPAS and e-FCL) in the performance of FSO type duties
  • An understanding of how to pass clearances and the different methods that can be used to create and receive visit requests
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
  • US Citizenship and active Top Secret Security Clearance

Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous experience assessing personnel for security clearance eligibility
  • Previous experience drafting security volumes in accordance with RFP requirements
  • Previous experience overseeing the build out of NISPOM rooms or Secure Work Areas
  • Knowledge of Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) and a willingness to work with others in the firm, including IT and cybersecurity staff, to attain and maintain CMMC compliance
