The Principle Security Engineer of the Identify Access Management Team is responsible for overseeing and implementing robust identity and access management strategies and solutions to ensure the security and integrity of our organization's digital assets. Expertise in IAM technologies, combined with strong leadership and communication skills, will play a critical role in safeguarding our systems and data from unauthorized access and cyber threats.

  • Accountable for the implementation of complex security systems including the integration of those systems into myriad operational products, hosting environments.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive IAM strategy aligned with the organization's overall security objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design IAM solutions to meet both current and future needs.
  • Develops, documents and supports scripts required to deliver a variety of Identity solutions.
  • Oversee the implementation, configuration, and management of IAM technologies, including identity provisioning, authentication, authorization, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), privileged access management (PAM), and role-based access control (RBAC).
  • Assist IAM operations Team by solving complex access issues related to active directories, applications and other solutions owned by the Identity and access Management team.
  • Contribute towards training and mentoring the team.
  • Develops, documents, implements, and enforces technical standards, repeatable processes, and reusable components that can be applied across the various identity service offerings.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of market trends, new technology and security/Identity Access Management services.
  • Build and nurture positive working relationships with clients and stakeholders with the intention to exceed their expectations.
  • Lead and own the security solution implementation. Actively participate in decision making with product architects and seek to understand the broader impact of current decisions.
