You’re responsible for driving the quality and development of Expel’s SSE team. You’re coaching and mentoring our Security Solutions Engineers (SSEs), enabling them to do their best work, and encouraging their professional development.

You’ll be establishing and iterating on our processes, while keeping a focus on both quality and efficiency as we scale.  Expel’s SSE team is responsible for onboarding and enabling our customers: teaching them about Expel, helping them to connect their technology to Expel Workbench, leading training sessions, and running incident simulations.  It’s your job to keep this team running, optimized, and increasing customer’s trust.

You’ll build strong relationships with internal stakeholders like engagement management, support, engineering, product, and SOC teams.  You’ll keep a close eye on metrics and use data to tune how the team operates and advocate for changes that will have the greatest impact on our team and our customers.  It’s your job to inform guidelines of where and how the SSE team can best engage with our customers, while looking for ways they can further contribute to the future success of the business.

If any of this resonates, we'd be delighted to hear from you!
