Job Description

  • You will be responsible for to the definition of the safety, security and compliance concepts for the Solution Field DAP
  • You will work close with the developments to guide them in implementation of efficient processes and concepts to adhere to the required laws and regulations (ISO26262, ASIL-D, RBGF182, …)
  • You create and maintain the safety documentation for the use of our products in customer projects up to ASIL D
  • You hold the roles Project Security representative and Product Compliance Manager for DAP
  • You support independent safety and security audits (both ETAS-internal and external) of the relevant DAP products and processes
  • You work with certification bodies to facilitate successful certification of DAP products
  • You prepare and deliver trainings across the ETAS-DAP organization
  • You work close with the representatives from other ETAS Solution fields to share knowledge
  • You work close with our customers integrating our products into their Solutions

 

Qualifications

  • You have a Master of Science (or PhD) in Computer/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
  • Strong motivation, curiosity, and customer orientation are part of your DNA
  • 3 years+ of experience as a software developer ideally for Microprocessors (C++, QAC Helix)
  • You have experience in designing efficient development processes
  • You have experience in design of automation of processes
  • Ideally you have consolidated experience in developing and/or managing functional safety relevant software (as per ISO26262 or ISO25119)
  • Ideally you have knowledge of ISO26262, Compliance (RBGF182) and Security Standards
  • You have the ability to write clear and unambiguous requirements and general user-facing documentation
  • Excellent English communications skills
