Who you are:
- Have 5+ years of experience with 2+ years of familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) (methodologies, tools, and processes).
- Knowledgeable with ITIL disciplines, including Incident response, Problem, Change, Release, Configuration, Capacity, Availability and Security Management.
- Proficient in the key principles of Unix/Linux and Windows.
- An automation-minded Intermediate scripter with languages such as PowerShell, Python or Shell.
- Experienced with Privileged Access management solutions is highly desired.
- Process and workflow documentation-oriented technical writing.
- Someone who automates and streamlines manual processes.
- Adaptable and agile when it comes to proprietary technologies in a regulated environment.
- Prior technology security experience, is essential for this security-oriented role.
- Have an aptitude to learn new technology.
- Excellent communicator both verbally and written
- Worked with global teams.
What you will do:
- Provide 3rd-level support of critical Privileged Access applications, diagnosing problems and providing solutions.
- Design and support a wide spectrum of solutions, ranging from industry-standard tools to custom applications.
- Act as a subject matter expert for vital Privileged Access systems.
- Engage in communication with internal users, team members, clients, and vendors.
- Create documentation related to Privileged Access operations and delegate tasks to L1/2 teams when needed.
- Develop tooling using scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or Shell scripts.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing stability, recovery time, and supportability through automation and process optimization.
- Creating documentation that can be presented to senior management and giving instructions in a clear and readable way.
It would be awesome if you had:
- Your CISSP Certification.
- Knowledge of PAM Solutions.
- Azure knowledge.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Create documentation using tools like Visio.
- Knowledge of Cyberark.
