Cyberspace Exercise Designer

Athenix Special Missions (ASM) is seeking a qualified Cyberspace Exercise Designer at the Marine Corps Tactics and Operations Group (MCTOG) at Twentynine Palms, CA (This is contingent upon award approval).

Summary:

Athenix Special Missions is seeking a qualified Cyberspace Exercise Designer to create training scenarios to demonstrate how threat cyberspace efforts impact USMC operational networks.  The Cyberspace Exercise Designer will assist in the product builds for all exercise support documents regarding offensive and defensive cyber operations. In addition, they will replicate adversary capabilities and counter actions to those friendly C5ISRT functions in support of the Marine Corps Tactics and Operations Group (MCTOG). The mission of MCTOG is to provide advanced individual and collective training to designated Marine Corps units.

Specific duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Monitor development of threat EM/cyber event for inclusion into exercises
• Guide the research of realistic cyber intelligence to support exercise objectives
• Support cyberspace courseware and emerging cyberspace scenarios
• Serve as liaison with MARFORCYBER, MCSB, MCNOSC, CEWID, and MCIOC
• Perform as HICON and expert response cell role ISO exercises

Required Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• 10 years of designing cyberspace training scenarios
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience serving on senior military staff
• Experience conducting joint and Marine Corps planning processes
• Knowledge of Joint and USMC targeting processes

Clearance:  Requires active TS/SCI clearance

Travel: Travel may be required
