Leaders tasks & responsibilities

▪️ Planning development budget
▪️ Onboarding & offboarding support
▪️ Assigning tasks & consulting on progress
▪️ Team's OKRs - creating & delivering goals
▪️ Advising on company processes

Operational tasks & responsibilities
▪️ Developing Information Security Management System based on ISO 27001 norm (preparing organization for ISO 27001 audits)
▪️ Improving data security in internal business processes
▪️ Managing information security incidents
▪️ Coordinating cooperation with IOD
▪️ Coordinating cooperation with other operation teams like Legal & ITOps

Additional aspects:

Managing team's efforts in areas of audit coordination and execution (according to organization's priorities), implementing action points that occur after the audits. Keeping up with audit plan (annual calendar). Regular risk analysis connected to internal business processes and internal IT systems.

Making sure we as an organization are keeping in line with GDPR, ISO regulations etc. Processing and coordination of GDPR/security incidents. Internal consultations in regards to security and certification processes.

Planning of team's strategy for the future and internal processes bulletproofing in coordination with the team's manager/head.

Requirements

• Practical experience in ISMS development (Information Security Management System) based on ISO 27001 and team management
• Being responsible for assigning tasks and monitoring results of their team
• Acting as a responsible entity/representative in your team
• Being able to effectively orchestrate team's duties between the team member
• Knowledge and experience in developing Information Security Management Systems based on ISO 27001 norm
• Experience as a Mentor to other team members
• Team-player attitude

• Salary ranges: 9 500 - 13 500 (+1000 leaders bonus)
