Technology @DreamPayOur tech stack is hosted on AWS and is built on Cloudfront / AWS API Gateway, Java / NodeJs, Redis / ElastiCache, AWS Lambda, MySQL and Elasticsearch as our end to end stack. Besides these, we heavily use Kinesis, Kafka, Redshift and other cutting edge tech to keep improving DreamPay's performance. As a data-driven team, we also use R, Python and other big data technologies for Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics.

Your Role:

• You need to lead the DevOps function at DreamPay which will primarily involve:
• Ensure high uptime and reliability of DreamPay’s distributed production infrastructure
• Ensuring the highest levels of security & monitoring for DreamPay’s infrastructure and data
• Responding swiftly to any new and emerging vulnerabilities and internal & external security threats 
• Drive the company’s effort for achieving CI, TDD & CD
• Collaborate with development team to drive and implement platform and product vision
• Collaborate with security team to prepare for and conduct internal and external audits at planned intervals and ensure our systems always conforms to PCI-DSS Level 1 & other mandatory regulatory and legal requirements
• Planning and budgeting for the infrastructure resources according to the requirements with the optimised cost of operations
• You will be responsible to mentor, guide, hire and scale the team with top-notch talent

Must Have:

• 10+ years of experience building and maintaining high scale cloud based applications with 3+ years of leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and networking
• Experience in CI/CD tools like Jenkins
• Scripting experience in Perl/Ruby/Python/Bash programming
• Experience with orchestration tools for Cloud automation like Ansible
• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills since the DevOps function has to continuously collaborate with multiple teams

Good to Have:

• Prior experience working in PCI-DSS compliant fin-tech based startups
• Prior experience handling high scale distributed systems
• Prior experience working in docker and container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes
• Knowledge of IT security
