The Role

Our growing support of United States Government (USG) programs would not be possible without personnel who can expertly navigate federal policy. We are looking for an Industrial Security Analyst who will join us in coordinating our industrial security program in deep partnership with our Business Development team. Together we will build the future of Palantir at the Department of Defense (DoD).

As a member of our Industrial Security team, you will provide a wide spectrum of support to the overarching DoD security program - inclusive of personnel, facilities, and systems - as well as contract-specific requirements. Our goal is to enable Palantir to adapt and deploy quickly in support of our customers' most critical operations. We strive to do so while upholding the best security practices in the industry. Our team provides outstanding customer service and policy expertise to our cleared personnel to push the business forward.

Core Responsibilities

No two days are the same, but as an Industrial Security Analyst you can expect to:

• Implement the industrial security program to ensure DCSA and customer-specific requirements are met.
• Maintain compliance for personnel and physical security within your local facility and craft standard operating procedures.
• Operate and optimize our collateral and SCI application pipelines and various DISS workflows.
• Collaborate with internal partners and cultivate relationships with our government representatives.
• Represent Palantir during government audits.

  • Willingness to travel up to 10%, but not required.

What We Require

  • Active U.S. DoD Top Secret or Secret clearance and willingness to upgrade and maintain a higher level of access.
  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing a DoD security program, possessing facility preferred.
  • A Facility Security Officer Program Management for Possessing Facilities Certification.
  • Proficiency in navigating various government systems such as DISS, NISS, SWFT, ACCS, SPOT.
  • On-site during business hours and residence within a 60-minute response time to your facility. Potential on call duties during after-hours, weekends, and holidays.

Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is estimated to be $82,000 - $122,000/year. Total compensation for this position may also include Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonus and other potential future incentives. Further note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individual’s relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors. This estimate excludes the value of any potential sign-on bonus; the value of any benefits offered; and the potential future value of any long-term incentives.
