Support Specialist, Cybersecurity- IAM Operations, Pune-India

NielsenIQ is looking to mature our Identity and Access Management (IAM) program. To support that effort, we are looking for a Support Specialist. In this role, the specialist will be responsible for IAM product stack lifecycle including user access requests and approvals, provision/deprovision user access, access certification and governance of NielsenIQ IAM solutions and its associated processes. They will create, maintain, and review relevant documentation, standard operating procedures, knowledge articles and user guides. This role will include communication with internal customers to clarify requests, report status, and updates. The ideal candidate will bring their external knowledge to help improve our current processes.  

Responsibilities 

  • Support IAM processes and technologies including provisioning/de-provisioning of access requests, incident tickets and other associated tasks within Service Level Agreements 
  • Participate in the integration, deployment, and support of IAM tools and products 
  • Actively identify, analyze, and address problems to resolve issues whenever possible in a way to minimize service disruption and risk to the organization 
  • Coordinates resources to meet customer expectation for a portfolio of projects, change requests, maintenance activities and support tickets 
  • Drive continual improvement processes to streamline workflows to enhance the end-user experience and increase business value 
  • Assist with the execution of user access certification and audit requests 
  • Work closely with other teams in the Cyber Security organization to drive more integrated security posture 
  • Maintain solid knowledge within subject matter specialties 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field including Computer Science or Information Systems 
  • 3+ years of Cybersecurity experience with at least one of those focused on IAM tools and processes 
  • 2+ years of strong execution as it relates to the operational efforts required for Identity Management & Lifecyle, Access Management, and Access Certification 
  • Scripting experience with PowerShell or another language focused on automating tasks 
  • Experience with administration and support of Active Directory, SailPoint, CyberArk, Azure or related technologies 
  • Strong data analytical skills 
  • Strong documentation and process development experience 
  • Understanding the framework of IAM processes, technologies, and advantages of automation  
  • Knowledge and experience with IT Service Management products 
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in the fast-paced environment 
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • Effective multi-tasking skills and customer-focused approach 
  • Shift: Multiple shifts available
