Information Security Program Manager

What We Are Looking For:

The Information Security Program Manager will lead the security team in day-to-day execution and compliance with prescribed methodology process, including program charter development, program initiation and facilitation, project development, risk and issues management, quality planning, and communications planning.

What You'll Do:

• Oversees and manages multiple projects with broad scope, ambiguity, and high degree of difficulty for the global information security program
• Responsible for ensuring communication, timeline, resource needs and tasks are in alignment with the program roadmap and strategy
• Leads global project security compliance enforcement for the organization
• Interfaces and manages communication with internal and external customers
• Supports the execution of product components across global security programs and services
• Serves as liaison between global program stakeholders, program/project team, and senior management
• Sets strategic vision to achieve global security objectives and key results
• Provides dashboards, program status reports and risk assessments to Infosec executive leadership
• Assesses program/project level risks and issues and develops mitigation plans to resolve program objectives
• Manages complex multifunction relationships across multiple global teams and identifies dependencies between projects

What You Need:

• BS in Information Security, Computer Science, Business, or a related field or other equivalent combination of education and/or experience that is focused on Information Security/Privacy or Project/Program management.
• 3 years of program/project management experience, preferably in information security
• Understanding of information security fundamentals and general security technologies
• Strong organization, prioritization, and rationalization skills
• Extensive understanding of critical program/project management techniques and an ability to motivate and lead team members
• Strong decision-making capabilities, with a proven ability to weigh the relative costs and benefits of potential actions and identify the most appropriate one

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
