Role

We are seeking for Our Senior Security Engineer to join our security team. The ideal candidate will be a team player, who enjoys security work and possesses deep and wide expertise in the Cloud security space. The main focus of our cloud Security Engineer will be on our AWS environment. and many other cutting edge tools (SAAS) that we use while practicing security controls on the cloud and beyond. While maintaining business needs and industry regulation requirements to protect us and our customers from hostile cyber threats.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing and monitoring security measures for the protection of computer systems, networks and information.
  • Analysing security systems and seeking improvements on a continuous basis.
  • Assisting colleagues with cybersecurity, software, hardware or IT needs, while providing direction and solutions for security threats.
  • Understanding cloud, software, hardware and internet needs while adjusting them according to our unique business environment.
  • Ensuring timely and adequate response to threats/alerts including off-hour support.
  • Enforcing security policies and procedures concerning cloud infrastructure.
  • Ensuring that necessary controls and processes exist to appropriately correlate and assess security events while mitigating identified vulnerabilities in all environments.
  • Improving security controls and safeguards according to new threats.
  • Supporting security event monitoring and incident response.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years working with AWS, deep understanding of AWS concepts (AWS FW, AWF WAF, EC2, S3, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, IAM, SSO, Patch ,Manager).
  • Fluency in Amazon Web Services (AWS) APIs/Command line tools.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining security for cloud-based systems and applications of Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems.
  • Security tools i.e trend Micro, Dome 9 cloud Guard, Qualys.
  • Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems.
    • AWS Networking & Content delivery (VPC, Route 53, ELB, ALB).
    • Automation tools (Jenkins, and Bitbucket).
