Job Description

• Must be at Pro level for handling McAfee line of products.
• MVISION, ePO, Trellix & ENS, EDR, DLP and Web Proxy Devices etc.
• Hands ON experience in creating ePO policies, tasks, 
• ePO and other Console monitoring skills are must.
• Candidate must be able to self-drive the compliance reports and collation of various artifacts.
• Candidate must be at PRO level in handling troubleshooting for applicable technology areas.
• Basic knowledge of systems and hardware is a must.
• Candidate must be at Pro level for ITIL based processes and associated audit & compliance requirements.
• Candidate must have a working knowledge of principles of networking and various devices such as but not limited to Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper, Fortinet, IDS, IPS etc.
• Working knowledge of process audits, ITSM, QMS etc.
• Working knowledge of Information Security Management Systems. (ISO 27K)
• Working knowledge of PCI DSS
• Working knowledge of Data Privacy, GDPR etc.
• Working knowledge of Client Audits and IT Security Questionnaire.
• Various Statutory and Regulatory Audit Requirements.
• Window Active Directory, Federation Services, Azure, SSO is a must.
• PAM/PIM exposure would be an added advantage.
• Secured VPN and Zero Trust Platform would be an added advantage.
• AD Recovery and Backup Restore would be an added advantage.
• Ready to work in 24x7 Shifts Environment.
