Job Description

Joining our IT department, the CISO will be responsible for the security of Believe's information system. He oversees and enhance our IT security.  

He defines security objectives, key indicators and organizes regular assessments cycles. 

He also manages security roadmaps aimed to enhance systems protection and users’ data protection. 

He reports to the Chief Information Technology Officer and updates the executive committee on regular base. He manages security teams and coordinates strongly with central IT platform and infrastructure and with development teams. 

Main activities 

Daily operations of the IT security program 
- Oversight of the quarterly and ongoing risk assessment process 
- Development, implementation and maintenance of policies and procedures 
- Ensuring confidentiality, integrity and access of artist information and monitoring program compliance 
- Organize training or awareness programs 
- Investigation and tracking of incidents and breaches as well as compliance. 

 Protect Believe against threats 

- Define security guidelines & ensure Believe's platform and services respect the security guidelines 
- Provide the right tooling to enhance security & develop an attacker mindset  

Evangelization / Awareness of Believe's teams 
- Ensure Believe's response plan in case of security incident 

Ensure Believe's compliance regarding regulation in all our regions 

- Bring Believe into compliance with payment regulations in all our regions 
- Ensure Believe's compliance with Data management in accordance with the Data team 
- Ensure 3rd party vendor products & contracts are inline with Believe's security guidelines 

Qualifications

You have a BAC+5 degree in computer science and/or information systems security, and your English is fluent, both orally and in writing.  
You have a significant experience of security stakes in a context of companies with internal developers.
