We are currently seeking a skilled and driven Cybersecurity Engineer with a solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privilege Access Management (PAM) concepts and services, a strong background in Cloud, expertise in API development, and experience in Microsoft MFA, SSO, and Conditional Access. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive Identity and Access Management solutions. This role will have Cloud IAM and DevOps hands-on engineering, operational responsibilities as well as technical leadership and expert level troubleshooting duties. The candidate will be self-motivated, detailed orientated performer who wants to be part of growing NIQ global IAM program.

Responsibilities 

• Design, implement, and manage secure and compliant cloud-based infrastructure with a focus on IAM, PAM, DevOps tools like GitHub, Jenkins, Terraform and Kubernetes, Coding using Python, Go and PowerShell, and Cloud services preferably in Azure, such as Azure Web Applications, Logic Apps, Functions, Storage, Azure Repos, Azure Pipelines, Azure Key Vault, Azure Boards, and Azure Artifact.
• Develop, integrate, and secure APIs within Cloud environments, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and leveraging Cloud API Management for security, monitoring, and analytics.
• Implement and manage Microsoft MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, B2B, B2C, and on-premise Active Directory.
• Ability to adapt, understand and self-motivated to learn new technologies and build automated workflows that can scale and integrate with the environment and Good understanding of Privileged Access Management and Secrets Management concepts
• Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures to protect sensitive information, systems, and applications within Cloud environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security and compliance requirements are integrated throughout the software development lifecycle, with an emphasis on API development and deployment.
• Provide subject matter expertise on IAM, PAM, Cloud services, API development, and related security technologies and practices to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Perform risk assessments and security audits, and recommend appropriate security controls and improvements.
• Assist in the development of security awareness training materials and programs for employees.Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and best practices, and proactively apply this knowledge to enhance our security posture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Math, Physics, Science or similar desired - experience in government, military or in other capacities with similar focus can be substitutedA minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years focused on IAM, PAM, Cloud services, and API development.
• Ability to incorporate automated processes within Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and to straddle between traditional and legacy infrastructure.
• Demonstrated expertise in using Git for version control and collaboration.
• Proficiency in leveraging Terraform and YAML to construct and manage cloud infrastructure.Developing DevOps workflows in Cloud environments like Azure, AWS and GCP
• Strong ability to work with Cloud services, such as Logic Apps, Functions, Key Vault, Storage, Data Factory, Synapse, API Development, and Cloud Pipelines.
• Proven experience in API development and integration within Cloud environments, with a deep understanding of API security best practices.
• Understanding of Privileged Access Management and Secrets Management concept and Hands on in using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and GitHub
• Experience of working in Windows and Unix environments
• Understanding of the IAM cybersecurity landscape, including identity stores, authentication/authorization, and privileged access management capabilities and methodologies.
• Working knowledge of coding with PowerShell, Python, Go, or other scripting languages.
