The Role 
We are looking for a Cybersecurity engineer with expertise in the Cloud Security domain.
Our cloud services provide crucial infrastructure for many Neo4j-powered businesses around the world. In this role you will design and develop the security architecture of these services, and evolve the processes for protecting them. You will be expected to act as a cloud security champion within several teams and departments, and your work will  be part of the company's overall Information Security program.In this role you will:
Design and develop security architectures for our Database-as-a-Service offering and cloud systemsConduct periodic security assessments, audits and architecture reviews in order to introduce new controls in the cloud platform and improve the overall security posture.Collaborate with product engineers to design, build and optimise advanced detective and preventive security controls, including automated responses.Contribute to the security of our CI/CD pipelines and the automation of our DevSecOps processes (sSDLC).Work with the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Incident Response teams to develop enhanced monitoring, using applied threat intelligence and real-time security analytics.Act as a security SME specifically focused on cloud security, automation, and monitoring technologies

Our ideal candidate would have some of the following Proven experience in an information security role with hands-on technical involvement, and exposure to decision making processes.Significant experience in cloud security architecture, infrastructure and solutions.Exposure to GCP / AWS / Azure. Experience of on-boarding applications to Cloud based security monitoring tools.Experience with Containers, Kubernetes and Infrastructure-as-CodeHands-on experience with Bash, Python, Go or similar programming languages.Familiarity with cloud-native authentication mechanisms and cloud based IAM solutions.Experience performing architecture reviews and threat modelling to assess platform security risks.
