Adarma are growing and looking to add Security Engineers to our Edinburgh practice. This opportunity offers a training programme where you will gain invaluable experience with enterprise wide technologies and a platform to grow your career in Cyber Security.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Security platform integration.
- Develop and support development of Security Use Cases, Security Rules/ Policies/ Responses.
- Data on-boarding and performance tuning of SIEM/SOC solutions
- Perform management , maintenance and ongoing development In support of Adarma services, across a range of technologies
- Develop relevant security platform specific technology skills and knowledge.
- Assist in the production of clear and consistent technical, management and commercial documentation.
- Demonstrate logical reasoning and analytical capabilities.
- Collaborate and communicate with other team members, participating with creative and idea gathering sessions

Requirements
- IT Security or IT/CS undergraduate degree with security modules
- System administration exposure : Linux/Windows
- Exposure to concepts of scripting and coding
- Experience of working within team based environment
- Experience of handling complex tasks
- Very good understanding and ability to work with one of the following: Python, JavaScript, Bash or Powershell
- Experience in production environments using Linux/Windows
