At Amazon, customer security is our highest priority. We are looking for passionate, innovative, and results-oriented engineers to join a new security analytics team. The team mission is to enable internal team members to more effectively comb through Amazon’s immense infrastructure in order to find potential risks before they are a problem.

About the team
You will be working with a small, startup-like team made up of Security Engineers at Amazon, where you will be able to quickly put your skills to use in identifying and triaging risks. We are focused on building and scaling first party, and third party, tooling in support of routine internal application testing. The team works closely with internal auditors and security researchers to identify and implement automation or process improvements.

Work/Life Balance:
Our team also puts a high value on work-life balance. Striking a healthy balance between your personal and professional life is crucial to your happiness and success here, which is why we aren’t focused on how many hours you spend at work or online. Instead, we’re happy to offer a flexible schedule so you can have a more productive and well-balanced life—both in and outside of work.

Mentorship & Career Growth:
Our team is dedicated to supporting new members. We have a broad mix of experience levels and tenures, and we’re building an environment that celebrates knowledge sharing and mentorship. Our senior members enjoy one-on-one mentoring. We care about your career growth and strive to assign projects based on what will help each team member develop and enable them to take on more complex tasks in the future.
