Job Description

• Possesses Level 3 support capability, armed with high quality customer specific knowledge
• Possesses Up-to-date know-how on his/her own field especially on new technologies and industry standards
• Supports operation teams
• Delivers complex changes on solutions which are part of the requested solution
• Optimizes in-place security solutions in the context of his/her specified task group
• Documents and diagnoses complex issues
• Provides Colleagues with professional guidance, approves execution plans by SOC Colleagues
• Provides Colleagues with professional trainings regarding her/his customers and field of expertise
• Possesses high quality knowledge about tools, eg.: IT Security Monitoring, ticketing tool, log collector
• Describes and implements automation tasks
• Develops and recommends optimization and efficiency measures regarding quality assurance and relevant processes
• Develops technical documentation and operation manuals
• Highly specialized in certain IT Security subfields
• Works as a project resource, supports planning and execution of projects
• Functions as a SPOC for single or multiple customers
• Implements custom developed apps on given frameworks or platforms. Focuses on vulnerabilities and security issues in this context, supports developers to mitigate security risks.

Qualifications

- 5-8 years similar experience
- language: fluent English and/ or German 
-Experience in project management, supervision of small teams, some managerial experience
