Job Description

We are looking for a delivery focused (Senior) Information Security Analyst to continuously improve the design of our antivirus and endpoint protection, detection & response environments, and related technologies, which are key for the Eurofins Security Operations. The individual will be involved in championing new extensions to the monitoring & detection environment and will be involved in re-build initiatives for existing components. This is a hands-on role that requires can-do attitude to establish close collaboration with the operations/infrastructure/project teams. 

SPECIFIC ASSIGNMENTS: 

• Manage the continuous improvement of the existing endpoint protection environments, in accordance with the relevant internal policies. 
• Development, maintenance and troubleshooting of endpoint security solutions 
• Managing policies and software deployment for endpoint security solutions 
• Hands-on configure and troubleshoot one of the most crucial elements of the Eurofins global IT. 

• Project approach to resolving technical problems. Troubleshoot occurring issues, getting to the root causes, and supporting resolution of the issues found. 
• 3rd Line of technical support for Priority 1 incidents, contributing to resolving the performance issues associated with the endpoint protection solutions. 

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 

• 5+ years of strong experience with antivirus and/or endpoint protection, detection & response solutions from Product Owner or Administrator perspective. 
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Operations. 
• Technically solid in corporate and enterprise scale of infrastructure implementation. 
• Proven experience of acting as the expert in infrastructure/operations/project teams. 
• Global company experience (enterprise grade).
• Advanced English level.
