Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Work with other CnC teams to ensure all processes / procedures are documented and up to date in the QMX database.
  • Oversee Period Compliance Activities to completion(from sysreg server inventory verification/approval to archival of evidence).
  • Escalate, raise flag to management any time PCA will be missed, document miss via NCI.
  • Obtain PCA data from SSO/Customer for accounts that apply.
  • Generate revalidation reports.
  • Execute revalidations (UAT).
  • Coordinate revalidation results with ID Admin team.
  • File evidence of revalidation in QMX.
  • Update QA database with date of revalidation.
  • Report all possible exposures and discrepancies to the governance team.
  • Assist with Shared ID process.
  • Engage the tools team to create queries and macros to streamline data collection efforts.
  • Validate server inventory access, report access issues to governance team for resolution.
  • Report all possible exposures and discrepancies to the governance team.
  • Run scripts on target servers to obtain data for revalidations.
  • Extract data into Excel, Access, etc., format data to prepare for PCA/PAR.
  • Format data for appropriate revalidation tool.
  • Upload data/resync data into revalidation tool.
  • Resolve all syntax errors, reporting discrepancies to the governance team.
  • Compare privilege revalidation data from previous PAR to determine new privileged ID's created and obtain documentation to assure compliance.
  • File evidence of PCA/PAR in QMX.
  • Generate revalidation reports.
  • Provide metrics.
  • Provide requested data for Audit requests.
  • Responsible for documenting PCAM related processes and procedures.
  • Engage the tools team to create queries and macros to streamline data collection efforts.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Microsoft Excel is essential.
  • Bilingual in English and French.
  • Canadian Federal Government Security Clearance - Level 2.
