We are currently seeking a Team Lead to build Cybersecurity Business Continuity Programs for our clients as part of our Business Resilience team. It is a fast-growing team focused on providing expert insight into operational resilience and IT technology recovery.  This is a team where you can work with great team members across the Cyber Risk, Cyber Tech, Risk Management, and Technology organizations. 

Summary

This individual will be responsible for conducting on-site assessments and generating Business Continuity plans. Performing this job will require gathering data using multiple methods including interviewing, analytics, reporting and then presenting results in documents to customers. This individual will leverage their business continuity experience and resiliency principles to develop and influence on how to anticipate, address, and mitigate the effects of various business interruptions to form robust enterprise-wide programs for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Continuity planning, testing and maintenance to ensure an appropriate level of resilience and recovery capability is retained.
  • Advise in implementing innovative business continuity/disaster recovery plans and processes which drive resilience across the enterprise.
  • Lead and advise in transforming traditional BC/DR solutions to secure, agile, scalable, always-on environments.
  • Assess, design, and implement resilient architectures across a diverse set of technologies including cloud, big data, risk sensing, and advanced security technologies.
  • Improve agility and resilience of information system environments including on-premise and cloud systems.
  • Support response and recovery activities for high profile technology disruptions including cyberattacks, natural disasters, man-made disasters, and other crises scenarios.
  • Engage in technology transformation, resilience assessment, resilient design, impact analysis, risk analysis, service continuity, plan documentation, and testing and failover automation activities.
  • Provide internal BC/DR and resiliency training to personnel as needed.
  • Crisis Management / Incident Management testing of service disruption events and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Communicating with key stakeholders regarding plan details, analyzing data and information, making decisions and solving problems, documenting and recording information, organizing, planning and prioritizing work. 

Required Qualifications

  • Business Continuity Certified Planner (BCCP)
  • 4+ years of business continuity planning experience
  • Familiarity with ISO 22301
  • BCP and ITIL Certification Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and IT disaster recovery procedures/solutions.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to coordinate, lead and facilitate group meetings.
  • Ability to present to multiple levels of management.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Corporate Business Continuity Program, Operational Resiliency System, cyber technology, and IT Disaster Recovery Program
