Our Engineering team is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the systems and technologies that drive Unifonic’s solutions. We work closely with other departments to ensure our products and services meet the needs of our customers. If you are passionate about technology and are excited about working on cutting-edge communication and engagement solutions, we want you on our team.
As Security Lead, you will be responsible for driving the infrastructure security, automation, and risk management strategy. 

Help us shape the future of communication by:

• Assessing security posture across the entire company while focusing on safety and protecting user data.

• Increasing the security of Unifonic's core infrastructure, which builds the foundation for the development and operation of the communication platform.

• Proposing fixes for vulnerabilities, but also work towards systemically eradicating classes of vulnerabilities through better tooling.

• Designing and implementing core security infrastructure such as authentication and authorization systems, pipelines and/or automation for security incident detection and response, PKI, etc.

• Working towards making the secure path the easy path for our engineers.

Requirements

What you will bring:

• Proven experience managing and driving high-performing Information Security teams.

• In-depth knowledge of multiple information security management frameworks.

• A breadth of knowledge across multiple technical cyber security disciplines and ensuring they are compliant against Information Security principles.

• Excellent ability to engage with different areas of the organization and translate technical concepts into business risks.

• Access, Authentication, and Authorization Management.

• Disaster Recovery Planning and Data Backup for Information Systems and Services.

• Electronic Data Disposal and Media Sanitization.

• Encryption & Network Security experience.

• Ability to perform penetration testing, bounty programs, and audits.

• Ability to work closely with DevOps and Engineering teams to perform security tests including code, configurations, delivery pipelines, and 3rd party libraries validations.
  

• BSc or MSc in Information Security or a related field

• A certified Information Security Auditor (CISA) Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or Qualified ISO27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, certification would be highly advantageous
