As ATB’s next Identity & Access Management Analyst on the Access Advisory & Assurance team, you will be a strong team player with a knack for solving complex problems and translating technical information into action items. You’ll be accountable for access governance, process documentation and effectively supporting all enterprise identity and access related requests. The team acts as a single point of intake/contact for all access requests, you’ll quickly become an expert in existing access workflows and work in partnership with the larger Enterprise Identity & Access Management team to develop new ones.

Experience with ServiceNow, Access control systems, Automation and a desire for continuous improvement will be crucial to success in this role.

• Adherence to a performance based SLA, access changes in our environment are fast paced and sometimes very complex. We need someone who can keep up, especially when under pressure!
• Assume accountability for terminations and new hires requests.
• Act as a representative of the Identity & Access Management team working to promote strong partnerships with teams and stakeholders that are dependent on our services.
• Consistently evaluate new and existing Identity & Access processes seeking process efficiencies and opportunities for automation.
• Read, follow and participate in developing standard operating procedure documentation.
• Establish a collaborative relationship with key business users to identify and drive continuous improvements (simplicity, usability and automation).
• Act as the first point of contact for internal stakeholders when it comes to activities associated with terminations and new hires.
• Be a change enabler and evolve alongside process improvements.

Requirements

• Have a minimum of 3 years of general experience within an IT Enterprise field.
• Experience with Identity and Access Management in a multi-forest Active Directory environment is a must.
• Privileged Access Management experience.
• ServiceNow / ITIL v4 experience.
• Strong soft skills with the ability to appropriately translate technical access controls into business terms.
• Proven capability to map, translate, and improve processes is a must.
• Proven researching and troubleshooting skills.
• Business Analyst or Product Management experience is considered an asset.
• Development experience within the agile framework is considered an asset.
• Experience with PowerShell is considered an asset.
• Strong work ethic, integrity and accountability is a must.
