Job Description: 

As a SkillBridge fellow at Accenture Federal Services (AFS) within our Cyber Mission & Enablement Division, you will have the opportunity to utilize skills honed in active-duty service in a technologically advanced environment that supports and encourages continuous learning. In this role, you will work alongside industry leaders and experts in the fields of data analytics, multi-INT fusion, open source analytics, cyber security, clouding engineering, and machine learning on real-time, client-facing programs. 

Under the framework of the Department of Defense (DoD) SkillBridge Program, AFS hosts active-duty U.S. military members for skilled employment training for up to the final six months of active-duty obligated service. Any rank, enlisted or officer, may apply for SkillBridge. SkillBridge participants are not eligible for compensation from AFS, as they continue to receive military compensation and benefits as active-duty service members. Your unit Commander must authorize participation in AFS' SkillBridge Program prior to the start of the internship.

Eligibility: 

  • Has served at least 180 days on active duty
  • Is within 180 days of separation or retirement
  • Will receive an honorable discharge
  • Has taken any service TAPS/TGPS
  • Has attended or participated in an ethics brief within the last 12 months
  • Has received Unit Commander approval to participate in DoD SkillBridge

Duration:

  • 8-24 weeks

Security Clearance:

  • Must be eligible for a USG clearance
  • Some positions will require an active Secret, Top Secret or SCI to start  

     

     

     

     

    Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.    

     

       

    Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role  

    California: 90,7000-147,100

    Colorado: 90,700-127,100

    New York City: 105,000-147,100

    Washington: 96,600-135,200
