Help us build and grow our IT Security capabilities where you will protect our employees, customers, and stakeholders. We need to understand and manage our risks. Implement protections for our employees, customers, and stakeholder’s benefit. Prevent the Bad Actors from winning! Examples of the work we need to do daily include.

What you will be doing at UiPath

  • Implement and operate protections such as Cybersecurity tools, IDP/IPS, Secrets Management
  • Test plans to respond to and recover from security breach
  • Educate the workforce on security awareness and best practices
  • Providing guidance and recommendations regarding prioritization of investments and projects that mitigates information security risks, strengthen defenses and reduce vulnerabilities.
  • Developing and maintaining security frameworks, policies and standards
  • Monitor for security breaches
  • Investigate and remediate security breaches
  • Help build the best IT Security team through great culture, talent, and development
  • Responsibility for the creation and roll-out of security awareness and training programs Company-wide.

What you'll bring to UiPath

  • B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Two or more years of industry experience in an information security function
  • Excited to work in a fast-paced environment rapidly advancing from startup to enterprise
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a DevSecOps mindset
  • Critical thinking skills and the ability to solve problems as they arise
  • Hands-on experience with Security Risk Management tools and mitigation planning.
  • Knowledge of disaster recovery, computer forensic tools, technologies and methods
  • Willingness to participate in US Government background checks if needed
  • Certifications such as CISSP, GSEC, CEH or CISM or willingness to obtain them desired
  • Professional experience in a system administration role supporting multiple platforms and applications
  • Software development skills a strong plus
  • Ability to communicate technical and security details clearly to less technical personnel
  • Proven experience with compliance management (ISO, PCI-DSS, SOC2).
