- Respond to RFI/RFPs
- Respond to customer security questionnaires
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding security features of Guidewire products and Guidewire’s security program
- Maintain proficiency with applicable laws, regulations, and standards
Sills and Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of combined experience in Information security, compliance, technology audit, or a related field
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOC1, and SOC2
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-moving environment
- Strong written communication skills; this role will require the creation of content such as whitepapers and other written deliverables
- Customer-facing and presentation skills
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment
- Experience with software development in a cloud environment, preferred
- Experience with property and casualty insurance business processes, preferred
- CISSP or related information security certification, preferred
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect, preferred
Preferences
- RISC, CISSP, CISM, CISA or related information security certification desired
- NIST 800-53, CSA CCM experience desired
- Experience with software development in a cloud environment desired
- Experience with property and casualty insurance business processes desired
