Job Description

The beneficiary would like a support service as part of the implementation of a Central tool for IT Risk management and IT Control in the ServiceNow software package for the entire group.

Senior Project Management for taking charge of risk management modules (IT Control Plans, Risk Profile, Cyber Compliance...) and coordination activities for the installation of the GRC IT solution in the group's entities for IT Risk.

Responsibility for the evolution and deployment of the solution, PM and MOA role.

Services requested

The assignments are:

• Support in developments on the themes of IT Risks, Permanent Control, IT Governance, Remediations, IT Continuity
• Support in the implementation of software solutions for the management of IT Risks and Controls (MOA Confirmed)
• Support on the stages and procedures of the software development life cycle in agile mode
• Collection, analysis, documentation in a concise and clear manner of user needs and obtaining their validation
• Scoping, study of the possibilities of implementation and definition of the best solutions
• Definition and monitoring of the project plan
• Production of flow diagrams, process descriptions, RACIs, SOPs, screen design, etc.;
• Specification of new features or interfaces for development teams internally or with the publisher in English
• Writing of User Stories, follow-up in morning meetings in English
• Realization of the functional recipe, coordination of user validations (UAT)
• Definition of functional and non-regression test scenarios
• Writing procedures, user guides, release notes and carrying out user training
• Preparation and animation of governance meetings and implementation of their follow-up (minutes and follow-up of actions) in French and English
• Production and post-deployment follow-up
• Communication, escalation, update with the client on the status (issues, action plans, etc.)

Qualifications

Experiences required

• Confirmed experience minimum 5 years as MOA / Project Manager in the implementation or evolution of a similar tool (GRC, IRM, control plan management, vulnerability management ..)
• Very high level of English, able to lead workshops, for example
• Experience in GRC systems is a plus (Archer, Enablon, ServiceNow, Efront, Mega…)-
