Job Description

As the Global CISO Programs Senior Director at Experian, you will lead a team and work directly with the CISO and the security leadership team to help drive the execution and delivery of the strategic initiatives of the Global Security Office.  The Global CISO Programs Senior Director will be charged with maximizing the effective operation of the cybersecurity function with respect to communications, events, budget, and project delivery.

What you will be doing:

• Creates necessary reports on behalf of the CISO, leads briefings, creates presentations, authors speeches, and is responsible for responses to a variety of organizational and strategic issues
• Plan and execute the CISO’s communications strategy in partnership with other communications teams. Use strong writing skills, presentation skills, audience segmentation, and the ability to understand technical information to help craft communications from Security leadership both internal to the security team and external to cross-functional partners.
• Support the CISO in the execution of the security organisation’s strategic vision. Comfortable acting as a proxy for the CISO as needed to facilitate resolutions and progress towards goals
• Acts as first point of contact for the project managers on projects that are key to functional and strategic success
• Prepares detailed operating and financial reports in support of functional and strategic issues
• Drive security initiatives on behalf of the CISO and the Security leadership team
• Facilitate prioritisation of initiatives across Global Security Office teams and search out creative solutions to problems

Qualifications

What your background looks like:

·        10+ years of relevant work experience, including substantial work at a leadership or managerial level, preferably in cybersecurity

·        Bachelor's degree required; MS or MBA is an advantage

·        Excellent communicator - superb verbal and written communications skills. Experience writing and communicating with executives

·        Demonstrated ability to lead complex strategic and operational initiatives

·        Program/Project management and collaboration skills across multiple teams and levels

·        Ability to excel in a fast paced, highly matrixed business environment

·        Proficient in PowerPoint
