Job Description

• Partner with internal teams to ensure support activities are align with application design and security best practices 

• Perform critical analysis to identify and resolve conflicts, and break down high-level information into actionable work plans 

• Stablish and implement strategy around robust application monitoring processes to make sure we have 24x7 alerting in place. 

• Lead projects & resources accordingly to comply with timelines and have agile capabilities to adjust as needed during project activities 

• Be able to influence other to achieve team goals 

• Assist technical/engineer team members with the system/technical portion of their deliverables (e.g., test plans, implement monitoring activities, etc.) 

• Collaborate with internal infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and alerts accordingly based on establishing incident response timelines. 

• Supports and develops team members by providing advice, mentoring, and development opportunities. 

• Acting as a liaison between IAM (Identity and Access Management) teams for the development and implementation of new systems and improvement of existing systems. 

Qualifications

* Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment using risk & critically based approach 

* Able to lead projects by himself as well to drive initiatives involving other individuals and driving these initiatives. 

* Provide mentoring and guidance to other team members 

* Able to support strategies into an actionable working plan 

* Support and embrace change working as a pilar for change. 

* Hold expert knowledge of Agile (Scrum) 

Training & Certifications 

 

Desirable education and Certifications include:  

- A bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Security 

 - C++, IAM Product certifications, CISSP, CIMP, CISM, CIMP
