Job Responsibilities For Infosec Analyst - L1
Responsibilities:
● Perform penetration testing (vulnerability scans and manual assessments) on a regular basis and
provide remediation for the findings.
● Accurately identify, perform real-time analysis, and eradicate false positives from the tool-generated
reports.
● Tests the effectiveness of the implemented fixes on applications.
● Creating detailed vulnerability reports and effective communications with the concerned team
● Communicate security risks in applications and remediation guides to the development teams
effectively.
● Keep track of new vulnerabilities on various aspects
● Act as a security expert in application development efforts, helping project teams comply with
enterprise and IT security policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
● Candidate should have good documentation skills
● Candidates should have basic knowledge of addressing client security assessment checklist
● Based business needs the candidate should be able to join the client meetings
Skills and Experience
● Security/Cloud/Network Security Testing is required.
● Strong cloud security testing skills
● Strong understanding of the OWASP/SANS Top 25 Concepts
● Strong knowledge in Manual Penetration Testing, DAST, tools, and techniques
● Strong ability to collaborate with development and other teams to communicate security issues and
recommend practical solutions.
● Analyze scan reports and suggest a remediation / mitigation plan.
● Good to have relevant information security certifications such as CEH, OSCP, CWASP as an
advantage.
● Experience in any of the audit standards ISO 27001:2013, PCI-DSS, SOC-I,II,III,

Eligibility :
● BE/BTech candidates with experience: 1- 4 years of hands-on experience in Web Application/API
● Hands-On experience for top security tools like Burp Suite, Nessus, Acunetix, and Nmap
