The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Vulnerability Management Analyst to join our dynamic InfoSec team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and prioritizing vulnerabilities in our systems and applications, and working closely with the development team to ensure timely remediation. The candidate should have a strong background in vulnerability management, penetration testing, and security risk assessment, and be able to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Vulnerability Management Analyst to join our dynamic InfoSec team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and prioritizing vulnerabilities in our systems and applications, and working closely with the development team to ensure timely remediation. The candidate should have a strong background in vulnerability management, penetration testing, and security risk assessment, and be able to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on a regular basis to identify vulnerabilities in the organization's systems and applications.
- Work with the development team to define the scope and rules of the bug bounty program, and manage communication with external security researchers who participate in the program.
- Maintain an inventory of all assets and applications within the organization, and track vulnerabilities across these assets.
- Develop and implement vulnerability remediation plans, working with the development team to prioritize and resolve vulnerabilities in a timely manner.
- Stays up-to-date with the latest vulnerability trends, tools, and techniques and provide recommendations for improving the vulnerability management program.
- Communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical and technical stakeholders, such as product and development teams.
- Conduct security risk assessments and provide recommendations for improving the organization's overall security posture.
Who You Are
- You have a bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or related field.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in vulnerability management, penetration testing, and security risk assessment.
- You have experience with SAST and DAST vulnerability assessment tools
- Knowledge of industry best practices for vulnerability management and penetration testing.
- You have strong technical skills and are able to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You are organized and have fantastic attention to detail, aiming higher and higher each day.
- You always act with integrity and operate with strong moral principles.
- You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to support a rapidly growing technology company with multiple moving parts.
