DGR Systems, a growing premier technology consulting company, is looking for multiple Security Engineers with a specialized focus on advanced Identity and Entitlement Management skills to join our highly competent team. This individual will work with clients, partners, engineers, and the sales team to provide high-quality and tailored services to all clients. This position requires an individual that is highly motivated, knowledgeable of Security best practices, experienced with industry-standard cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., CMMC, NIST, etc.), incessantly client-focused, and has excellent communication and presentation skills.

The ideal candidate should have subject matter expertise implementing security controls and threat protection, managing identity and access, and protecting data, applications, and networks in cloud and hybrid environments as part of an end-to-end infrastructure.

Candidate should bring both the experience and business acumen of a seasoned professional along with a growth mindset and passion for continuous learning to bring the best solutions to DGR Systems and our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the participation in activities related to solution planning, architecture, development, and/or delivery of Security product offerings to clients.
  • Maintain knowledge in at least three of the following:
    • Identity and Access Management
      • e.g., Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Okta, Ping Identity, SailPoint, Entitlement Management, Identity Governance, PAM (CyberArk, Delinea, PIM, BeyondTrust) etc.
    • Threat Protection
      • e.g., Advanced Threat Analytics, Microsoft Defender for Identity, XDR (Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne), Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Threat Intelligence, SIEM/SOAR (Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, Sumo Logic), etc.
    • Information Protection
      • e.g., Azure Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention, CASB, SASE, MDM (Intune, Workspace ONE, Jamf Pro), etc.
    • Security Management
      • e.g., Azure Security Center, Office 365 Security and Compliance Center, Microsoft Defender Advanced Security Center, Zero Trust Architecture / Design, etc.
    • Cybersecurity Frameworks
      • e.g., CMMC, NIST, etc.
  • Deliver high-quality work in both large-scale project environments and smaller, single-staffed engagement models.
  • Assist with the analysis of client business needs and develop proposed solutions during presales efforts.
  • Partner within existing Security team to enhance the quality of Security Product Catalog including the definition and delivery of new offerings.
  • Participate in client consulting delivery activities including assessments, workshops, roadmaps and briefings.
  • Promote best practices in terms of both processes and deliverables.
  • Maintain specific knowledge of client environments and how our services relate to business strategy and goals.
  • Collaborate with the appropriate internal teams to develop and maintain a technology plan that supports client’s needs.
  • Manage escalation internally to ensure appropriate servicing of client needs.
  • Assess and communicate risks associated with technology-related investments and purchases.
  • Ensure consistency of existing systems by enforcing standards and procedures for implementing technical solutions.
  • Implement cloud-based security policies and procedures, control standards, and operational practices.
  • Securely designing, architecting, and running complex online services (including threat modeling).

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience delivering complex IT solutions, preferably as a systems integrator, consultant, or part of a professional services organization focusing on security technologies.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft 365 and Office 365 as an administrator or consultant.
  • Working knowledge of internal threat management and compliance.
  • Understanding as it relates to Microsoft 365 products and capabilities, specifically Azure Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention, Endpoint Management, Endpoint Protection, Group Policy, Advanced Threat Protection, M365 Discovery Center and Exchange Online Protection is a plus.
  • Enhanced or additional experience in any of the following areas (preferred):
  • Experience with Azure Sentinel
  • Large-scale Azure Identity client migrations (10,000+ users)
  • Cloud-based identity solutions (Okta, etc.)
  • Security assessments and best practices
  • Current Microsoft 365 certifications a plus.
  • A professional, business-focused attitude and courteous manner towards clients, partners, and peers.
  • Ability to develop architecture design deliverables that map customer business requirements to solutions and technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • High emotional intelligence to be able to work in stressful situations ensuring quality outcomes.
  • Must be incessantly focused on ensuring the quality of the client experience.
  • Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
