Becoming a Cybersecurity and/or Operational Resilience consultant will mean joining the Cybersecurity and/or Operational Resilience Global Practice which is an independent and an in-house team of 700+ people working seamlessly across the globe (New York, Dallas, London and Paris). We have developed a 360° expertise from strategies, operating models, Executive-level supports to Red teaming, security architecture with a focus on major transformation programs.
Job Description
The opportunity
At the crossroads of management and digital consulting, you will assist large organizations - including FTSE 100, Fortune 500 and CAC40 clients - in their most critical transformations. You will be responsible for delivering pragmatic and agile cybersecurity and/or operational resilience strategies that align client priorities and support top management in achieving their security target on 3 different types of engagements:
- Innovate for our clients, partners, and employees; Identity and access management, IT and OT cybersecurity convergence, IoT security & product security office, Third party risk management, etc.
- Protect our clients; Security principles & architecture definition, cloud & API, SOC & Fusion Centers definition & sourcing, Industrial plant cyber security, resilience & crisis management, etc.
- Ensure operational excellence; Cybersecurity and/or operational resilience convergence, Strategy & roadmap, Risk management & compliance, Program development & management, etc.
ONE MISSION
A partner/Senior Manager is a key player in the development of the practice:
- Major contribution to business: Play a key sales role, driving complex business proposals and contributing significantly to account development
- Demonstrated ability to move their practice towards new business
- Ability to manage C-level clients
- Demonstrate consistent ability to deliver complex and / or multiple assignments
Qualifications
To be considered for this role: Ability to help us grow the business
- Solid foundations in consulting skills with minimum 8 years’ experience in external client-facing consulting or equivalent role (IT, management, or cybersecurity focused consulting)
- Proven track record of selling consulting services (account planning, pitches, proposals, value proposition development)
- Solid network of contacts within the Cyber industry
- Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization, experience in managing and leading teams, developing and coaching junior members of staff
- Proven background leading Cybersecurity and/or Operational Resilience transformation programs both operational and strategic

Travel and Location
As part of the Global Cybersecurity and/or Operational Resilience, you can join our offices in New York, Dallas, London or Paris. Employees are not required to work in a Wavestone office on a full-time basis but are required to live within commuting distance in the country that they are contracted to.
Note : 2-3 days expected in office / client site per week during probation
