The Cybersecurity PM will provide management and oversight of all activities performed by contractor personnel, including subcontractors, to satisfy the requirements identified in the Statement of Work (SOW). The PM shall provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership for the execution of this contract. The PM shall serve as the single point of contact for the work performed under this contract, including work performed by subcontractors. The PM shall be responsible for issues arising from work across the entire contract, as well as the successful resolution of these issues.
Typical Duties Include:  Planning and designing the program and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action.  Ensuring effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the program - focusing inwardly on the internal consistency of the program, and outwardly on its coherence with infrastructure planning, interfaces with other programs and corporate, technical and specialist standards.  Managing the program's budget on behalf of the Senior Responsible Officer (SRO), monitoring expenditure and costs against delivered and realized benefits as the program progresses  Facilitating the appointment of individuals to project teams.  Ensuring the delivery of new products or services from projects is to the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the program plan and program governance arrangements.  Ensuring there is allocation of common resources and skills within the program's individual projects.  Managing communications with all stakeholders.  Initiating activities and other management interventions wherever gaps in the program are identified or issues arise.  Reporting the progress of the program at regular intervals to the Contracting Officer (CO) and the Contraction Officer Representative (COR).
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:  Proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position  Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods  Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles  Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, Microsoft Project etc.) is a strong advantage  Outstanding leadership and organizational skills  Excellent communication skills  Excellent problem-solving ability  Active TS/SCI clearance requiredPMP and IAM Level II or III requiredHalvik offers a competitive full benefits package including:Company-supported medical, dental, vision, life, STD, and LTD insuranceBenefits include 11 federal holidays and PTO.401(k) with company matchingFlexible Spending Accounts for commuter, medical, and dependent care expensesTuition AssistanceCharitable Contribution matching
