As a Fintech IT and Infosec Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for working closely with our Fintech clients to assess and advise on IT and infosecurity-related policies and processes to enable Fintech clients to launch banking products. This role is hands-on and you must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and communicate directly with Fintech clients.

What You’ll Do: 

    • Consult Fintech clients’ on topics including cybersecurity, IT strategy and governance, IT regulatory and compliance requirements, business continuity, and disaster recovery
    • Review and assess Fintech clients’ IT, infosecurity-related documentation and policies, and third party risk management assessments
  • Review Fintech clients' processes and controls against industry frameworks and communicating recommendations to clients
  • Review Fintech client’s penetration testing and vulnerability scan reports to help establish a mutually agreeable time frame towards remediation and mitigation
  • Drive remediation of any identified security issues to conclusion to meet deadlines
  • Review Fintech client’s list of third parties and recommend plan for third party risk review
  • Help maintain and improve existing assessment templates and security, operational resiliency, and third party risk management-related policy and plan templates
  • Support internal third party risk management efforts

What You Will Bring: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in management/computer information systems, computer science, accounting information systems, computer engineering, industrial engineering, or related program
  • Prior vendor management, third party risk management, supplier oversight and/or security risk assessment experience preferred
  • CISA, CISSP, CISM, CIA, or CPA certifications preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience with IT audit or cybersecurity roles, previous experience performing SOC audits or similar consulting roles preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity
  • A passion for financial technology and working with startups
  • Self-driven and self-motivated requiring minimal daily supervision.
