The IT Compliance Manager's role is to assess and oversee our organization’s technology-related compliance,

including regulatory, information security, data privacy, business continuity, identity management, user access,

and data integrity. This includes providing objective risk assessments of the company's compliance with all

regulatory, organizational, and commercial requirements governing the organization's information technology

and security systems.

The IT Compliance Manager will also engage in the development and implementation of IT/Information Security

policies, procedures, and controls to ensure that practices remain observant of all audits, regulatory compliance

and Euronet standards.

This position is responsible for conducting of PCI-DSS, SOX, SSAE, SSPA, third-party vendor risk assessments,

and data privacy audits on an annual basis as well as organize and respond to RFP/RFC’s technical questions.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Successfully complete and manage all compliance audits.

  • Annual PCI Service Provider
  • Annual PCI SAQ-D
  • Annual SOC1 Type2
  • Annual Microsoft SSPA
  • SOX audit of 3 separate platforms

Gather Evidence, assist, and remain the first point of contact for internal audit process cycle tasks.

  • Risk Assessment
  • Walkthroughs
  • Control Design evaluation
  • Control Operating effectiveness validation
  • Roll forward evidence gathering.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain compliance controls.

  • Review and ease implementation and knowledge of existing policies and procedures.
  • Updating and communication of existing policies and procedures in cooperation with internal teams

· Respond and own to the completion of all 3rd party vendor security assessment questionnaires.

· Conduct regular audits, assessments, and reviews to ensure compliance with our audit portfolio.

· Stay up to date with industry regulations and best practices and make recommendations to senior management regarding changes

in compliance requirements.

· Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance requirements and best practices.

· Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Financial services experience in a control/compliance or regulatory role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential compliance risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex compliance issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in creating and reviewing SDLC-related deliverables; preparing, reviewing, and executing test plans; eliciting business and functional requirements; and creating traceability matrices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
