Job Description

As part of the business digital organization [BDO] for Europe and Middle East region for Bosch Power Tools, you’ll be located in Budapest, the regional headquarter. In the role you’re the overall responsible for digital compliance in new projects as well as on an ongoing basis for existing applications and processes.

Furthermore, there will be opportunities to develop further into digital project management, as well as overall digital transformation of a multinational organization.

        Your responsibilities:    

• Be the first point of contact in Eastern European organization for all digital compliance and IT security topics concerning existing & new implementations of digital applications & offerings.
• Manage Bosch Power Tool’s Digital Compliance framework tasks and ensure compliance with local IT law, data protection & privacy requirements as well as IT security for all existing digital applications & offerings in Eastern Europe, as well as implementation of new digital applications and offerings.
• Manage and support the regional organization with Digital Compliance audits for all existing digital applications & offerings as well as act as consultant for implementation projects in Eastern Europe.
• Data protection consulting for regional/global organization - ensure data protection compliance for the legal entity and Bosch products based on privacy law and internal Bosch regulations.
• Monitor legal data privacy developments in Eastern European countries and evaluate potential need for action in case of changes in local data privacy laws, IT laws or IT security regulation.
• Support global teams in executing audits on internal compliance towards IT/Digital governance.

Qualifications

Your competences and qualifications:    

• 3+ years of experience with managing IT law, IT security, data privacy and data localization topics and proven track record.
• Basic knowledge of Information Security & Privacy (ISP), Security Engineering Process (SEP), Cyber Security Engineering (CSE), cloud onboarding processes.
• Basic knowledge of Bosch specific regulations regarding the above mentioned would be beneficial.
• Knowledge about GDPR & other privacy and IT laws in Eastern Europe/Middle East (e.g. Russia, Turkey).
• Proven track record in project management process. IoT and/or Cloud know-how is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Bosch specific regulations regarding the above mentioned would be beneficial.
• Basic experiences with digital/IT projects and processes is a plus.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Proactive and self-employed way of working.
• Experience to work in a global team and ability to communicate across all hierarchies.
• Excellent command of English required. Benefit with: Hungarian, German, Polish, Turkish, Russia or other languages used in Eastern Europe or Middle East
