Arqit is a leader in post quantum encryption. It has deployed a PaaS to classified government and large enterprise customers. It recently published a peer reviewed security proof proving that Arqit is the only company in the World which can generate zero trust and quantum safe end point symmetric key agreement at scale.

The company has been growing fast which means there are plenty of opportunities for career growth at Arqit as we scale up, but we're still very much a fast-paced start-up environment.

This role is to walk through the various customer stakeholders journey of its data and comms network(s) to help articulate current network restrictions that impact the ability of the users to maximise efficiency and achieve the outcomes required. Building the customer journey for their existing network against outcomes allows conversations of increasing security and applying new technology to deliver enhanced operational benefit. All to be allocated against value propositions that meet all stakeholders concerns and in the language and format understood by the customer.

Role Responsibilities:

• Researching and gathering information about the customer’s current network and security data requirements from stakeholders:
  • users perspective in delivering their required outcomes effectively
  • budget holders perspective
  • security architects perspective
  • enterprise architects perspective
• Building the customers journey through its enterprise network and it’s security integrations
• Developing customer journey maps to visualize data networks and security architecture.
• Identifying pain points and areas for improvement in such customer journeys from each of the stakeholder perspectives
• Identifying and integrating new technologies and platforms to enhance the customer journey from each of the stakeholder perspectives.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design implementable solutions to optimize the customer network and outcomes.
• Map and identifying the key Arqit’s value propositions for each of the stakeholder to deliver the enhanced the customer journey.
• Writing and supporting clear, concise, and compelling papers/proposals that address the current and improved customer journeys.
• Working with the business to ensure papers/proposal are complete and compliant.
• Editing and proofreading the proposal to ensure it is error-free.
