Do you like to perform malicious artifact analysis?


We are looking for a Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst to join our team, performing a support role in hunting for new malicious threats. We are looking for an organized, communicative, proactive person who is willing to perform search and classification of IOCs, that result in the growth of the whole Axur team. And you can choose whether you will work in the office, in Porto Alegre-RS, or remotely, from anywhere in the world!

A typical work day might include:

  • Perform hunting for new malicious threats;
  • Perform malicious artifact analysis (static, dynamic and reverse engineering);
  • Produce reports based on the Mitre ATT&CK framework;
  • Perform search and classification of IOCs and maintain the MISP platform;
  • Conduct meetings with clients;
  • Discover new collection sources;
  • Automate analysis and discovery processes;
  • Perform research on malicious actors and TTPs.


Requirements

Indispensable Requirements:

  • Advanced English;
  • Experience in Malware Analysis (static, dynamic, reverse engineering);
  • Knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK Framework;
  • Knowledge in code and behavior analysis (Android applications, Windows and Linux executables and web pages) ;
  • Experience with exploits and vulnerabilities;
  • Understanding of the practical operation of popular services like RDP, VPN, FTP.


Important Skills:

  • Advanced Portuguese;
  • Advanced Spanish;
  • Understanding of basic cyber concepts: SIEM, SOAR, EDR, XDR, IDS, IPS, etc.;
  • Basic knowledge of JS and Python language ;
  • Experience interacting with Threat Actors.
