Senior Security Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Security Analyst who will be responsible for providing security consulting, acting as a virtual Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), and conducting risk assessments for our clients. The successful candidate will work with clients to identify and assess their security risks and develop strategies to mitigate these risks. They will also work closely with our clients' management teams and IT departments to ensure that their security programs are comprehensive, effective, and aligned with their business objectives.

Duties Include:

• Act as a virtual CISO for our clients, serving as their trusted advisor for all security-related matters
• Conduct security risk assessments and provide recommendations for risk mitigation
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards for our clients
• Work with clients' IT teams to ensure that their security controls are properly configured and functioning as expected
• Provide guidance and support to clients' management teams on security-related issues
• Develop and deliver security awareness training to clients' employees
• Conduct periodic security assessments to ensure that our clients' security programs are effective and up-to-date
• Participate in the development of new security service offerings
• Keep up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and regulations
• Ability to perform after-hours work and to be on-call when needed
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in security consulting, security risk management, or related field
• Experience working as a virtual CISO or similar role is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are a plus
