Information Security Liaison Officer

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated professional to act as the liaison between our Information Security & Privacy team and our Globalize service line . This service line provides Audio, Localization, Quality assurance and staff augmentation services. This role reports into the Global Information Security Manager and will have operational authority and responsibilities for Data Privacy & Security within the Globalize service line. The ideal candidate will have a background in technology related to the Globalize service line, with knowledge of security and privacy best practices. Alternatively, the candidate may have experience in information security with a willingness to learn about the Globalize service line. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key player in ensuring the security and privacy of Keywords Studios' clients' sensitive information.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Globalize service line team in matters of information security and privacy.
• Collaborate with the Globalize service line team to ensure that security and privacy requirements are met.
• Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on information security best practices to the Globalize service line.
• Identify and mitigate security risks in the Globalize service line.
• Collaborate with the Information Security team to ensure that all security policies, procedures and processes are defined, implemented, audited, and enforced.
• Keep up to date with the latest security trends and best practices in the industry.
• Participate in security incidents and investigations as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Information Security and Privacy OR experience in the technology related to the Globalize service line and a willingness to learn about information security and privacy.
• Strong understanding of information security and privacy (if focusing on information security and privacy).
• Familiarity with the services offered within the Globalize service line (if focusing on Globalize services).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Desired:

• Strong professionalism and ethics, ability to deal with sensitive information and interact with the senior executive level are essential.
• Experience in highly dynamic and fast-paced environments and industries such as gaming, media or entertainment a plus.
• Experience in a technical services or software development environment is a plus.
• Experience with vendor and client management.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask well under pressure.
